The Respiratory System is a vital organ system that sustains human life. However, without the help of one other organ system, the body would not be able to receive the oxygen it needs, or be able to release the unhealthy carbon dioxide the body creates. This system is the Circulatory System. With the help of the Circulatory System, the oxygen that is brought into the body, is then able to make its way around to the other systems. The same route is then taken to release the human body of any carbon dioxide. Besides the Circulatory System, the Respiratory System is not dependent on any other system.
